TopWork is now seeking an automation operator for a well-established and expanding industrial company in Småland. The company is a leading player in the development and manufacturing of energy-efficient solutions for heating and climate control, with products used in homes and properties worldwide. Here, you will work in a modern production environment where automation, quality, and sustainability are in focus.

As an automation operator, you will work in an automated production environment where you are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will monitor machines and robot cells, make adjustments, and ensure that the products meet high quality standards.

• Monitor and operate automated production lines
• Make adjustments and calibrations in machines and robots
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational disturbances
• Perform quality checks according to company procedures
• Contribute to improvement efforts in production

• Has a technical interest and preferably experience from industry or production
• Has experience with automation, robots, or machine handling (preferable)
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys working in a team but can also take individual responsibility
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
